***Workout of Choice***

Outside of my gym and dog walking, what workout am I trying out at home right now?




"Get RIPPED with America's Toughest Trainer! 'RIPPED IN 30' is comprised of four 24-minute workouts based on Jillian's best selling body shredding 3-2-1 interval system: 3 minutes of strength, 2 minutes of cardio and 1 minute of abs."

As I type this, I am currently at the beginning of Level 3 out of 4. I'm mostly doing the modified versions of each workout...key word being "mostly"...cause I'm awesome enough (sometimes) to do the tougher versions of Jillian's moves. I don't expect to be fully ripped by the time I'm finished with Level 4, but I do feel my strength and endurance increasing already.

When I'm done going through Level 4, I will set this aside for my next "Workout of Choice," but in 6 months, I want to revisit this workout and see how I handle doing all of the moves in their tougher versions.
