So this is my public apology to all my followers that I have not followed back yet, and all my current followers that I may be dropping in the near future (don't worry, I only plan on dropping spammers and companies that I automatically followed early on).

This is my version of a daily affirmation, but a little more personal. For example...
I'm getting out of the gym after a hard-ass workout, it's been a few hours since my last meal, and I see this on the car in front of me:
You think this person likes to eat? Maybe they know something about snacking that the rest of us don't? |
I don't know about you, but for me, several things come to my mind. Mostly, how HUNGRY I am!
So I would tweet something like this: "#JustRepeat Apple or doughnut, APPLE...or doughnut, don't lie, you know which one is the right choice. #WoBN"
